I don't think it is impossible but pretty difficult. The only best way is that if you already have brother, sister, Uncle or dear one in Canada who can strive hard for you to find a employer one who take all the hastle to go through LMO and bring you here. If you are in Restaurant/ hotel business for long time then some restaurant/hotel employer may like you to hire but still you need to have someone to connect them. Same is true for Oil & Gas specialist jobs like mud technicians or geologist.
The only thing that can happened when you visit here that you can go door to door and can negotiate employer with some guarantees that you will come and work for them, on top of that you have chances of meeting consultants who can show you some way out.
