Can I exit from Philippines but my Canada PR approved from India

Im an Indian citizen and my wife is filipina but working in canada. My PR has been approved from Delhi, India but i have to go philippines for a week. My question is can i exit from philippines to canada..??

As long as you have a passport with PR visa + COPR, you can enter Canada from wherever you want. They will not care one bit about your originating flight, as long as it's an international one.

I don't understand your question, what would possibly be a problem at the airport?

As @Rob_TO said, yes you can. Since you are not a citizen of Philippines and will be considered tourist, as long as you will not overstay, you should be able to leave Philippines for Canada with no issues. 1 week stay in Philippines is good.
