My question is can I enter to Canada if I apply for outland. I have visitor visa which will expire in 2019, but i need to leave the country every six months.
Thanks in advance.

What do you mean by "apply for outland"?

If your spouse has applied an out-land application to sponsor you as a spouse you can visit canada if you have a visitor visa. yes a visitor can stay for 6 months after he/she enters canada. you can also extend your stay in canada by applying online on the basis that your application is under process and you want to spend more time with your spouse. in such a case you will NOT be needing to leave canada after six months. the extension is granted upto 1 year ( first time usually for additional 6 months) which again can be extended. if extension is approved you will be issues a visitor record and the requirements include proof of funds, support from your spouse etc etc.

hope it helps.
