Hey guys. I have already applied for my visa to Canada, I am heading over from Australia in November for a working holiday on the ski fields. However just tonight I got a dui charge (I blew 0.065 where the limit is 0.05, just 0.015 over which is a minor charge- no court or anything just a fine and a few demerit points lost).. Does this screw up my entire plans or can I still enter Canada?

You are probably inadmissible to Canada now. It doesn't matter what the actual values were, as you still committed the offence. At the very least, you need to seek Canadian legal advice. https://www.canadianimmigration.com/can-enter-canada-dui/

Actually - probably not inadmissible since Canada's DUI limit is 0.08: https://canadasafetycouncil.org/traffic-safety/canada-s-blood-alcohol-laws-among-strictest-western-world

Below 0.08 is treated as as a simple traffic violation.
