Can I enter Canada , apply for PR card and leave?

Hello,

Im currently wokring outside canada , and I got the approval for my express entry application and visa.

Im curious if I can go to Canada, apply for ID & PR card . and leave back to sort my thing in my current country. And let me brother send the PR card by mail to me. Travel back again in 2-3 months?

yes. Just remember that you will NOT be able to re enter canada without your PR card. If for whatever reason you do not receive your PR by mail then that’s an issue.
I would strongly recommend collecting your PR card in Canada then leaving .
