I will be a new immigrant as a skilled worker a couple of month later. I wondered if I can go to school as a Canadian citizen without additional fees. Whether I can have the equal right withour paying the tax for a period? Anyone could answer my question will be greatly appreciated.

zhang congratulations on ur successful PR . once you get it ur status will change automatically to a permanent resident if you were an international student before in canada you would now have to pay less tuition fee after change of status . So once you r over with the process of PR and your NS number you can study as a regular student of canada

Where r u from? Congrads on yr PR status, once u get PR u can commence studies as a local student with the benefits of the local student!
