can i edit my work history that i received points for after ita

So in my profile i said i started my role in april 2015 rather than may 2015. My employment letter also says may 2015. This makes no difference to the points I have . Can i just change the dates in my profile or do i need to decline and start again or what? I can not get an answer to this and am pretty desperate.

If it doesn't change the points, just provide the correct information and explain that clearly in a Letter of Explanation.
