It's extremely unlikely that you will be able to earn enough money through a part time job to pay for your fees next semester.
For the first six months you are studying in Canada, you will only be allowed to work on campus (i.e. take a job at the university or college). These jobs are typically filled quickly and difficult to get.
Once you have completed six months of studying, you will be allowed to apply for an off campus work permit if you attend a qualifying school.
You will only be permitted to work part time. And I don't think this will give you enough hours and allow you to earn enough money to pay your next semester fees.
