Can I drop from January2018 till September2018

Hello,
Myself Jaskaran, I am an international Student, I came Toronto for January 2018 session. Afterwards, I decided to shift to Calgary for studies and got offer letter from Bow Valley College Calgary, unfortunately for September 2018 session.
Now I am much confused, what do I do now, I am not getting admission anywhere, because all admission lines are closed for January2018 session and May2018 session is full as well in Calgary.

So, I want to know if I can drop from January 2018 uptill September 2018. As I got Offer letter in Calgary college for Sept2018.

After 90 days of withdrawl student visa is cancelled. For this big gap you need to apply for a new study permit and if you want to stay in Canada you need to get a visitor visa and you won't be able to work legally on this visa.

I wanted know if I apply for a Visitor Visa and i got visa then again I have to apply for Study permit or this study permit will work, as it is for 2 years.
