I’m afraid that won’t be possible because the NEET exam is the only compulsory/mandatory exam that an individual needs to give in order to be eligible for MBBS abroad. There’s actually a good reason as to why this is the case.
The NEET Exam tests the students on a variety of clinical as well as pre and para-clinical subjects. The papers are designed to be of a higher standard than school i.e. university level. Thus, the universities of Bangladesh check the knowledge and abilities of the students based on this test.
Scoring even the minimum MBBS abroad cutoff (138 marks in 2021 for the General category candidates; 108 for the Reserved category candidates) will make you eligible for the following Bangladeshi medical colleges -
