Can I count work experience gained as a student on a PGWP and Study Permit?

I previously completed a 4 year post-secondary program at a university in Ontario. I'm a Master's student and an RA/TA with a PGWP and a study permit.

Currently, I have gained about 6 months of work experience as a research assistant (RA) and a teaching assistant (TA) at a university in Ontario. Can I count those towards completing the requirements of my application for PR under CEC? I only get 100 hours as a TA but I get more hours as an RA. If yes, can I combine hours from both occupations?

Work completed while studying in Canada cannot be counted as work experience towards PR.
