Can i complete my half course in regina uni?

Hi....
I have done one years BBA in pakistan uni with 3.5 chpa out of 4.0....i have IELTS woth overall 6.....can i complete my further education in regina uni?

Maybe in first instance ask the university before thinking about a study permit. If the uni says no then that will be the answer.
