I am a Pakistani passport holder and I legally reside in Italy on a valid student residence permit. I recently received my biometric instruction letter for my Canada visitor visa application.
I will be travelling to Finland for a short study-related trip, and I want to know whether I can complete my biometrics at the Canada VAC in Helsinki, or whether I must do it in Italy.
I also want to ask two related questions. If I give my biometrics in Helsinki, do I need to update or change anything in my visa application? And if my visa is later approved, can I submit my passport in Italy or another VAC, or would I need to submit it in Helsinki?
If anyone has had a similar experience, I would really appreciate your guidance.
