Can I come to Canada to do CPA after completing my ACCA affiliation in Pakistan

I'm about to start ACCA in Pakistan and after getting affiliated in ACCA I want to move to Canada for doing CPA so will I be able to do CPA on the basis of ACCA affiliation and if yes then will I be able to practice while doing CPA
