Folks I need help here
My wife have offer letters from schools in Ontario, however, she prefers schools in Saskatchewan for reason bordering on easier PR.
Saskatchewan school offer letters are pending on WES ECA which will take some weeks to complete.
My question is : if she applies for study permit with the Ontario school offer letter, can she switch to SASK school after the permit is issued or
she has to wait till the SASK schools offer letter comes.
