I'm currently in college, in a 2 year program. My plan was to study 2 years, work, save money and then go to university to study computer science which is my dream.
Universities in Canada are overpriced for internationals so that was the only way I was going to be able to afford it.

Recently a company in Toronto saw my portfolio, they were impressed and offered me a great job, with a very good salary. If I take the job I will be able to save for university in one year.

But I have only been in Canada since January, I took summer off, so I cant apply for a work permit. Is there a way to change my vista type? the employer is willing to do the paper work.

THANKS!

The employer must obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion for you to be able to apply for a work permit. To obtain an approved LMO, the employer will have to prove that they advertised the job and were unable to find a Canadian to hire for the role. More information on LMOs can be found here:

It is not necessarily that easy to obtain an approved LMO. So before you start making any plans about quitting school and starting a job, see if your future employer can obtain an approved LMO first.

Ok

Your employer first needs to apply for Labour Market Opinion before you can apply for a Work Permit.
