Hi, I have created account on WES Canada for evaluation. While crating I chosen the international courier option for delivery.
Now, Before paying the money can I change it to standard post option?

Yes, if you have not paid, you can change it.
 

I have not paid the amount but how can I modify the delivery option?
I have sent one email to WES 8 days back but they have not responded to it
Delete and re-create another WES application under a new email id.
 
There is no option to delete the existing account on WES.
If you have not paid yet, then just ignore this account. Create a new one with new email address and correct it.
