Can I change my course before arrival to canada?

Dear Senior Members,
I initially got admission in Seneca College for fall 14 intake but due to delay in Visa process, i deferred my admission and the next intake available to me is summer intake. I want to know that could i change my course to any other that might be available to me at winter intake before arriving there?
