Can I change my college and Course after arrive in CANADA

I will come with IT course can I change it to Cookery???? after entering Canada? is it can make any problem on my visa????

Do I need any permission from my present college or do I have to meet with them????

On arrival in canada,if you meet the eligibility,you can change to any course. You have to give offer letter of the new college to the previous college.No problem in pr later on or your study visa as college transfer is done as per cic rules.
