Can I change job after my Medical exam is done?

Hello everyone. I am so excited to find this website regarding immigration.
I have a question.
I applied for PR and I have finished my medical exam on Jan 24th, 2012.
I used to have a open work permit and now I have closed work permit where I am working right now.
I have a better job opportunity that I have always wanted to do but I was wondering if its ok to change my work while waiting for the result of my PR visa. If its ok, do I have to apply for a new working visa with new job offer again??
or it is not safe to change my work until I receive my PR visa..I really do not want to miss this opportunity...

To be at the safe side, its always better to change after you got your PR.
