Can I buy money order from Canada Post to pay the PR application fee?

Hi,
I have a question about the payment. They only accept Certified Check, Bank Draft, and International Money Oder.
Now, I live in Canada legally.Can I purchase the Money Order from Canada Post to pay the fee or I have to buy the bank draft to pay it?
