Getting married in March 2013.

How do I bring my spouse soon in Canada ?

What WP application I need to apply for spouse ?

What CEC-Spouse application I need to apply for Spouse ?

yes you can
you have to include her in your visa application and she can have a open work permit

You have to be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada to sponsor your spouse. Your wife to be can apply for a visitor visa. And for your CEC application , you will need to inform CIC of your marriage and include her as spouse in your application, if your PR application under CEC program is not finalized prior to your marriage.

What is the application form for Spouse work permit ? and procedure ? I don't find one in CIC

After my Marriage , I will call up CIC and update my CEC application.

As per information gathered from CIC website your wife will have two options

1. Apply for a visitor visa (TRV)
2. Apply for Open Work Permit (Outside Canada)
