Can I ask employment reference letter by Fax ?

I worked in US and currently back in home country. Would it be okay if I ask the employment reference letter by Fax in the company letter pad than postal service?

You need to have an original with proper signature on it... it may cause an issue.

All you need is a legitimate scanned copy. You don't need a hard copy.

I don't have any reference. Express Entry is online system. They don't deal with paper.

Clear scanned copy would be fine.
