can i apply when im already in canada?

can i apply skilled worker/fsw while im visiting here?i have a job offer.
if i cant, i have to go back to my homecountry and apply it there, can i travel to canada after i send
the application?

if u are in canada on visit visa then there is no chance that u can apply for FSW,bcoz u have to live there legally 1 year as foreign worker or int'l student.

secondly yes u can visit any time
