Can I apply to several provinces for nomination ?

I wonder if I can submit several applications for PN to different provinces and then choose which one to accept. Is it not a violation? Who knows?

It is not wrong to apply to any number of provinces - EE allows you to select "All provinces and territories" while registering your profile. Even if you get nominated from multiple provinces/territories, you'll have to choose 1 of them and apply using those 600 additional points that will get added to your CRS score.
