Can I apply to Canada while having Australian student visa

I stuck in India since March, Im studying advanced diploma. Still half of the course left. Now I would like to study pgdm in Canada. What are the chances to get the student visa in Canada.

No one can tell you if you have a chance. It depends on your education background, work experience, funds etc. You need to show why taking a Canadian program will help your career in India.
