can i apply TN visa, i m canadian citizen since last 2 years. 15 years back my entry was denied to US airport because they understand i have to intent to usa permanently (at that time i applied H1 visa and I was travelling on visit visa)
now i am Canadian citizen and i visited US many times in last 2 years without any issue, and they didn't ask any question on border
Now can i apply TN, is there any problem. Please advise
