Can I apply through FSW if I reside in Ontario but work remotely for a Quebec company?

I live at home with my family in Ontario (cousins, not immediate family, who are all citizens) but I work for a Quebec company. I just graduated from McGill in Montreal but have moved to Toronto.

I want to apply for Permanent residency but can I do it through EE even though I have ties to Quebec? Will that be an issue?
