Can I apply Supervisa for my Mother?? Please help

Hello Everyone,

I want some clarification on this, Can I apply for Super Visa for my mother? I recently got my permanent residence status in November 2015 and wanted to apply super visa for my mother. Is there any restrictions?? Can I apply from Canada?
Is there anything that I have to keep in mind??
