Can I apply Study visa on IELTS General Training?

Hi,

Currently, I am in Canada on visitors visa and want to get admission in any college. I have my valid IELTS general training score and my college accept this score and gave my acceptance letter.

Can I get study visa on this score???

No where did CHC mention its wrong or against the rules to submit it. You can go ahead and submit it.
