Hi,
I have fallen Residency Requirement. I lost PR status.
. After fail in Appeal decision on 15 January 2020, I have applied for Application for leave and for Judicial review.
On 8 October 2020, I received dismissed decision for leave and judicial review by Federal Court.
I have apply work permit on September 2020 but I did not any further information.
IRRC asked me to wait.
Canada Border Services Agency gave me the pre removed risk assessment then I sent them by post on 12 October 2020.
Now I am in Canada and waiting for PRRA decision, can i apply for study permit ?
