Can I apply PR on basis of second last score of IELTS test

I had got score of IELTS test last September 2020 was R 8.5 , L 8 , W 6.5, S 7

I had given test again January 2021
And current score is R 8 ,L 8.5,W 6, S 7

Can I apply for PR on the basis of September 2020 score because it was better score than current or do I need apply on the basis of recent score of January... only .Is there is any rules related to it

Any suggestions..

You can use whichever one you want, as long as it's still within the validity period of 2 years.
