Hi..I have couple of questions. And a rather complicated situation.Could you please tell me what I should do and what are my chances??

1. I have a M pharm (Bangladesh) and MSC management degree from London,UK
2. I have worked as freelancer software developer for more than 3 years now.I know many coding language but have no degree on computer science.
3.I have two kids,I am 33 yrs old
4.I am Bangladeshi, my husband is Indian, who does not want to move to Canada
5.I really would like to explore my options for Canada PR (express entry) or Any PNP programs.
6.I am confident about my skills and had few years experience abroad.I am sure about my career success as software developer.

I have an Ielts score of 6.5 overall.

Could you please guide me, easier pathway for me.Is it possible for me to apply for Express entry programme.?

You may be able to count freelance experience if it is documented sufficiently (tax records, correspondence between you and your clients, letters from them attesting to what you did for them, etc.) However, if you were employed by a regular company it might be easier if that work meets the minimum requirements (at least one year, continuous, full-time, and skilled).

Your main issues are age (you lose five points every year past 30) and your IELTS scores. Since you can't change your age you should focus on studying English more and retaking the IELTS to raise your score.

Can I do any advanced diploma course for two years in computer science or information technology?

Will my visa be rejected?

As somebody had mentioned, you could try and document your experience to qualify for the minimum one year experience needed to be eligible for the federal Express entry. What you can also try and do is secure a regular job and complete a year and fulfil the eligibility criteria while preparing for IELTS and better your score. You already have two master's degree, so do get the ECA assessment process kick-started.
It's quite a long process, do go through the threads in this forum and also the official IRCC website. Have hope and spirit and you shall succeed.
Good luck
