Can i apply for Canada PR from New delhi while being in US.
I understand i'd have to be in India when they ask me for medicals or my PP. I will be moving to India in August anyways,so that's not a problem.
But i want to apply in June itself so don't want to take chances.
Is it possible to send the packet to Sydney with my processing office being NewDelhi while I'm in US myself?

Also, if yes, I will have to send FBI baand PCC ( from Indian consulate ? )
Could you also tell me the validity of PCC and FBI for canada application? My FBI certificate came in feb 2012,will it still be valid if I apply on July 1st ?

u can apply to ndvo from usa

reapply fbi again as its already a few months old.
