I have completed my studies in august 2022 and applied for PGWP in sept 2022, now its been 3 months still no update, as per current processing time it may take more 3 months , so can i apply for my spouse's open work permit SOWP while my PGWP application is in process as SOWP application processing is also taking 4-6 months. I am currently working as a civil structural designer which is NOC B job and have 2 months of pay slips.
