Hello there

I'm new on this forum and I have several questions before applying for PR under the CEC.

I have 2years work experience as an early childhood educator in AB.
In the begening I was working with LMO+Work Permit and my former employer were allow to hire me for 1 year with the LMO.
One year later, he applied for new LMO and failed to get a positive LMO.
My former employer didn't reapply for LMO as he needed to raise my wage to proper amount(which in on my contract).
Later then, he gave me additional paycheck as ordered by HRSDC.
He didn't pay me under our contract but he paid minimum wage of our job even though I was a main teacher of our room.

Now I am working with Open Work Permit.I've got this permit with my husband who is taking full time PhD course.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Q1:Can Open Work Permit Holders apply for Permanent Residency under the CEC?

Q2:Can I skip my previous work experience in Canada and just provide present working information?
(I don't want to contact the former employer, but I still can get a reference from former director)

Q3:Is it important(or mandatory) to submit copies of work contracts and pay stubs that are SUPPORTING documents for work experience?
-If yes, can I submit with present work only?

I think first of all you should determine that your job should be in NOC 0AB. go to this link and find are you realy eligible and there are some other important information for you too...http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/cec/index.asp

Yes, but you need to have 1 year full time (or part time equivalent) experience that falls under Skill Level A,B or O.

Q2:Can I skip my previous work experience in Canada and just provide present working information?
(I don't want to contact the former employer, but I still can get a reference from former director)
No, in previous history you will need to provide this information, also in Schedule 008 you will need to provide your occupations for last 3 years in Canada. Employment letter you need only from the employer where you have gained the work exp. eligible for PR application

Q3:Is it important(or mandatory) to submit copies of work contracts and pay stubs that are SUPPORTING documents for work experience?
-If yes, can I submit with present work only?
Similarly for copies of work contract/ pay stub: which support your eligible work experience (1 year full time or equivalent part time) under Skill level O, A or B; for which you are planning to claim for CEC:PR

Its not mandatory but its advisable if you could.

The most important thing you need to consider is that you have to have 1 year work experience under any of 3 skill levels, in past 3 years, then only you can apply for CEC. And you will need employment letter from this employer.
Hope this helps

I can't answer the first question as I am not sure. for 2nd you have to check your noc first if the numbers are go with A or B (I think teaching go with A, check your LMO) you can apply. and yes you need the letter that for sure. but if you can't to enclose your pay stub and contract that is fine. but then they take more time than usual check your work history. i think better solution, to take your husband as main applicant. it will clean and clear.
