Hi everyone , I am new to this froum.
Unfortunately my PR application has been returned because my representative has done so many mistakes in my forms and supporting documents.
After we find out we are at the beginning of the road again, we had to provide new documents because of changes in requirements for PR application under spouse sponsorship program. So I had to apply for Visitor visa extension and then start to provide all documents again.
Now my application is ready but my extension is still pending . As you know with out visa expiration date I can not fill some of the forms and validate them. The barcode page would not be appeared without validation of forms.
Now I want to ask you guys, what shall I do if I want to apply for PR inside Canada while I am on Implied status and my visitor visas validation that officer had stamped on my passport, has been expired. ( I have five years multiple entries Visitor Visa) .
Do I have to waite for Visitor extension and then send the application?
How Can I validate the forms while my status is implied and the date of my visa expiration was about a month ago?

Whenever you submit your inland sponsorship......will advice you also apply for OWP (fees $100+$155=$255)........OWP will not be approved if you don't have a valid status when you applied.......as per spousal sponsorship, refer....Public Interest.

Your stay in Canada is now in 2 parts.....1) six months visa.....2) after six months visa and awaiting visa extension.

1) Country "Canada"....Status "Visitor"......Other "BLANK"....From "YYYY-MM-DD"......To "YYYY-MM-DD".
2) Country "Canada"....Status "Other"......Other "applied for visa extension, and awaiting approval"....From "YYYY-MM-DD"......To "YYYY-MM-DD".

Refer.....Sponsorship Guide....IMM0008
