I will finish my last semester in early August, but my school says the official Completion Letter won't be available until mid-September (after a Senate meeting).
My study permit expires on August 31, and I want to apply for PGWP before that, so I can work while waiting.
1. Is it possible to apply for PGWP without the Completion Letter, if I already have all final grades?
2. Has anyone used just transcripts and an explanation letter?
