Your main problem is not going to be money, it is going to be ties. People who are on temporary status in other countries are high risk immigrants from CIC point of view. Your only chance is to use your study visa argument. You need a letter of enrollment, letter from your supervisor stating dates and any other documents that show you are expected to return to Ireland to continue your studies.

This is going to be tough as you have strong ties to Canada (your sister) and you can immigrate freely.

As for money it depends on the amount of time you are going to stay and how are expenses going to be covered. A normal tourist will be expected to have around 1000 CAN per week of visit.

Ill go for 4 weeks only i have 1 yr multiple entry visa i.have my guarda and pps of here too but doing work on cash jobs I want to go in April month when should I apply what docs I need to show

Pps is a tax payer card and guarda is.id.card same.as.rwsidence over here have it.they r.on.stamp 4 and i as.student on.stamp 2 what if i dont show my sister.thr what docs will then be required???

If you don't mention your sister then you can be refused as you are not being trustful. Also if you don't mention your sister you will have to convince CIC on why you want to come to Canada from all places in the world. Saying it is a nice country and it is your dream wouldn't be a good reason.

Yes.

Having that visa sure helps but is not determinant as it shows exactly that your problem is that you are a temporary resident in the UK.
