Can I apply for FSW-EE even if I have regular FSW ? Please clear my doubts

Hi Seniors,
I have a couple of questions:

a) Is it possible to apply as a Single to EE , despite being married ? My wife cant join me immediately due to some family reasons.
I have a score of around 411 , when applied as Single under FSW.
While applying as Married it is 405.

b) I have also applied under FSW in 2014, and have received a PER.
I want to know if my FSW 2014 will cross paths with the EE and both get rejected .. or one overrides the other ?

Any kind of help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

If you get PER mail then it is informed by the CIC that your application is being processed and your DD is also encashed, ryt?

If YES, then just wait, don't enter the pool till you get any reply from CIC.

Check your application status.

If your 2014 application gets rejected, then enter the pool.

I pray you must get +ve response soon regarding your 2014 application.
