Can I apply for 1-year certificate program after graduation?

My visa once has been rejected because of low high school marks I.e below 50%. I am a recent high school passed and now planning to study my course here and then apply again after graduation so till that my college marks will be good so visa won't be rejected.

My course does not have master degree in canada.so after graduation from here can I apply for 1-year certificate course?

Of course you can, either 1 year or 2 year but 2 year is preferred since it will give you 3 years of work permit.
