Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
CEC says I should have at least 1 year full time work experience in Canada, which is 1560 hours. If I work 40 hours a week during 10 months, meaning 1720 hours, am I eligible to apply?

Taking in consideration that everything is done under the EE system.
Start EE profile and the system will automatically give you what categories you can apply under and what points will be awarded based on the info you provide.

The system asks whether I have "more than a year" or "less than a year" of work experience in Canada. It doesn't calculate this time based on months and hours worked per week so I have no way of knowing.

CIC counts full time as 30 hours/week

If you have more than 30 hrs/week, it counts 30

So no, you will need a full calendar year to count a year, doesn't matter if you work 80 hours a week.

Like everyone else said - no.

would be nice if you dont have to wait for a full year if you wokr over 30 hrs a week. But no you cannot.
