Can I add my wife in my Canada PR application while she is student in Canada ??

Hi, I am on a work permit in Canada. After completing my graduation I went to India and got married. We registered our marriage in India. My wife got her student visa for Canada before our marriage and she is now in Canada as a student. I am about to file my PR application(express entry). Can I include my wife in the application?
