I have applied for NON- EE PNP and want to raise webform to submit PCC, Photo and medical of my spouse? Can I upload it all to gather in just one pdf. They did not ask me to upload it but my spouse is not accompanying but I saw that IRCC still require her PCC, Photo and medical.

Yes you can combine and upload it together!

Yes, you can submit your spouse PCC, photo, and medical report to IRCC through a webform even if your spouse is not accompanying you, as it is often required to meet the eligibility and admissibility criteria. Since these documents were not explicitly requested, submitting them in one PDF is a practical way to ensure they are reviewed. Here is what you should do:

Steps to Submit the Webform:
1. Prepare the Documents:
Combine your spousePolice Clearance Certificate (PCC), photo, and medical report into a single PDF. Ensure each document is clear and legible.

Add a cover page to your PDF to explain why you are submitting these documents. Mention:
Your application number and full name.

Your spouses details (name, date of birth, and relationship to you).

A clear statement that you are submitting these documents proactively to meet IRCC requirements.

2. Submit via IRCC Webform:
Go to the IRCC Webform.
Select your application type (e.g., PNP Non-Express Entry).

Enter your details (application number, full name, and contact information).
Attach the PDF file under the Upload file section.
Provide a brief explanation in the text box (similar to your cover page statement).
3. Confirmation:
Once submitted, you should receive an acknowledgment email. Keep this for your records.

Key Points:
Submitting additional documents voluntarily demonstrates diligence and can prevent delays in processing.

Ensure your PDF is under the size limit (usually 4 MB). If needed, compress the file or split it into parts and submit multiple webforms.
If your spouse is non-accompanying, but their PCC, photo, and medicals are still relevant for processing (e.g., for background checks), its better to be proactive.
