Can fulltime employee offer letter be used to get points

Hi Friends

I am working in Canada since 2019 as a full time employee. I have my eca and ielts score.

I would like to know whether this offer letter be utilized in any section to gain points other than 1 year experience.

Please provide me ur kind advices to get more points to get PR.

You can use if for one or more years of Canadian work experience. What type of Permit are you on?

According to the subject heading I guess you want to claim the 50 points for PR application. If that is the case then no Full time employees can not claim the points however you can claim points for Canadian work experience. Thanks.

IF your husband is on a closed work permit with LMIA and the principal applicant and has one year Canadian experience, ask his employer for a job letter guaranteeing his job for one year past receiving PR. Then you may get the 50 points.

Okay, because of the age concern we would like to keep me as the primary applicant.

My HR gave me a "Whomever Concern" letter with all details like number of hours, fulltime and wage details without any stamp on it.

Now I have
1.IELTS Score
2.ECA
3.Openworkpermit
4.Full Time Offer Letter and Renewed Compensation letter (working since 2019)

For my husband(secondary applicant)
1.IELTS
2.ECA
3.Closed Work Permit with LMIA (Working since 2017)

so please advice now.

If you are going to be the primary applicant, then the 50 points for having a job offer can only be claimed if your employer secures an approved LMIA. An approved LMIA is needed since you are on an open work permit with no employer named in the work permit. A job offer letter is insufficient to claim the 50 points.

Whats your current points without the 50 points and I presume it is CEC
