First Q 2014
Hello Seniors,

I have seen people counting their timeline based on the second AOR (which in its essence is totally correct). I have a doubt to ask to our seniors - my file got transferred to the regional office (London in my case) is 30th March 2010.

Will the "date of file transfer" be a deciding factor about getting medical request and other requests? details of my timeline are in my signature.

I have seen few guys whose 2nd AOR has come in May/June or July have not received med request so far and most of them have got their file transferred couple of days earlier or later to their 2nd AOR.

thanks in advance for your views.

Well, its difficult really to know exact time line. I initially applied on 19th Dec 2009, got my 1st AOR on 13th Feb 2010, then i send my complete documents on 28th April 2010. Recieved 2nd AOR on 18th May 2010.

Since then, there is complete silence ! E-case showing.................review pending.

I discussed with my consultant, and she told me that count atleast 4-5 months from the date of 2nd AOR. In my 2nd AOR, it is also clearly mention that they will contact with applicant, regarding further procedure (additional documents or medicals) with in 8 months.

I ve noticed few who sent full documents in March/April/May havnt even recieved 2nd AOR..... and very fewer have got even medical request call .....!

So juz estimate around 4 -5 months from date of 2nd AOR !

thanks Arman for your reply.
If i buy your words then the timeline CIC shows on their statistical table goes for a toss. also then our cases will fall under more than 11 months criteria which does not exist at all.

anyway we dont have any other option than to wait.

all d best.
