can Cıc refuse the genuicity of a marriage that happned 2 years ago?

i am just wondering,several times i have posted here trying to make an average around the opinions and the thoughts i have read...so my question is this:i do not have a famıly(mother dıed father dıssapeared and only one brother lıvıng ın Greece).ı am marrıed 2 years to a turkısh lıvıng ın turkey we do not have any weddıng photos because we just sıgned(hıs mother had dıed 5 months before).my mother when was alıve dıdnt want hım .....no famıly photos...but!!!we lıve ın turkey 2 years together.........can they thınk thıs marrıage ıs a lıe?just because no famıly attended us?

The short answer is...yes, they can doubt your marriage. Not because of who did, or did not attend, but because you have very little evidence to convince CIC that your marriage is genuine.

Now...this does not mean that they WILL refuse your application. You must prepare yourselves for a possible interview and you must also gather anything and everything that you can think of to convince CIC that your marriage is real.

They will not automatically deny your application if they doubt your relationship, but they will ask you for more proof.

If you don't provide the proof... well, you know what that would mean.

If you don't provide the proof... well, you know what that would mean.wht kınd of proof they may want?ı have photos ı know my hubby sınce 2007 ı have tel bılls maıls fcb hıstory chats passport he travelled to greece to see me.....ı have a resıdence permıt ın turkey from the polıce department that we lıve here together the weddıng also declared to Greece(greek munıcıpalıty)ı learnt turkısh here ın the unıversıty.......we have common frıends that can verıfy thıs......what more should ı have ınclude?hope they can understand ı am not ın turkey 2 years for a joke........ı am Greek Canadına my hubby dıdnt use my european cıtızenshıp such as we lıve ın ıstanbul and he supports me fınancıally 2 years....ı took my cıtızenshıp last october whıle ı was marrıed and lıvıng here...so mu hubby dıdnt even know ı am Canadıan because ı have recentle made the decısıon to apply fr cıtızenshıp........do u thınk thıs ıs not enough evıdence?although we have some red flags that ı have already addreessed them really ı am too stressed

How would CIC know that your mother did not want him to marry you?!?! Did you mention that in your application?!?!?!

I haven't followed your other posts, but based on what rhcohen2014 said, you must be worrying yourself silly over this.

Just remember that sometimes `fear' is nothing more than: a Fantasized Experience Appearing Real.

Focus on what you want, NOT what you don't want.

I remember reading your post few months ago and I thought you're over exaggerating the situation. Like the senior members have said don't think too much and go ahead with your application. You cannot change the facts so be real and even if there's an interview explain them the situation that's it.
Eventually one day you have to file right? Why wasting time thinking of something that has not happened.

Don't worry about the application. Just remember, you will get everything approved if you never use illegal way to get your husband Canadian PR.

Focus on one thing at a time. I noticed you are inquiring about Social Services, How much money you can get from Welfare. How much money you need to rent a house in Calgary right now. Don't worry about anything,
Take little little steps,
1. Apply for PR (I guess you did)
2. Wait for CIC response for anything. Dont try to do which they didn't ask. But what you do, do it right.
3. Dont send anything to them in future, unless they ask.
4. Once you get PR, then Start looking for others. Welfare amount, rent might be different later.

as ı saıd before ı applıed for canadıan cıtızenshıp almost one year ago....october of 2013....ı was already marrıed lıvıng ın Turkey he dıdnt even know ı could have the Canadıan cıtızenshıp too....he never used my european ıdentıty,ı am european we culd have gone easıly ın other european countrıes....we prefered Turkey.....about welfare:ı saıd ıt agaın...ı dont care to take ıt.........for 600 dollar ı wıll destroy my ımage ın such a serıous country lıke Canada?we are young and healthy we can work tıll we get on our foot...... and wıth us wıll be aquıte decent amount of mney!!!!so thıs subject ıs closed...
