Can both Spouse apply as Principal as well as dependent in FSW PROG 2014

Dear All I have three questions

1) Can I and my wife apply at the same time Wife being principal applicant in a category while as a dependent in another category where spouse is principal applicant.

2) My spouse's IELTS test result announced date is 21 June 2012, could a relax of 2 days be granted if it reaches at CIO on 22 June 2014.

Please guide whether two years are counted from the test date or result date?

3) My spuse's Uncle is a candain nationa/citizen but living in Dubai, Will it fetch 5 points, if he gives his references in Canada?

1) Yes. You will need to submit two complete sets of applications with two complete sets of evidence / supporting documents.
2) No - no relaxation.
3) No - no adaptability points since he's not living in Canada.
