Hello Everybody,
I have applied for a PR in September this year under the Family Class (inland, my common-law is my sponsor). Unfortunately I have not applied for the Open Work Permit along with my PR application.
I have a Study Permit valid until August, 2015.
As I part-time student I'm not eligible to work without a positive LMIA but I fond an employer who is willing to apply for it.
My question is:
Do you think applying for the LMIA might cause problems/delays in landing the PR status?
Any answers, comments or experience in that matter is much appreciated.
