Can application for AINP and CEC submitted simultaneously

Hello,
I have applied for the AINP in Jan 2014 and has received the file number only, recent changes in the processing time for AINP has increased by a large timeline. I work as Accommodation Supervisor NOC B 6313, can I apply under CEC as I am working more one year now. On CEC website the current status shows 2,912 out of 8000 & 16 under individual category 6313 are been accepted. Please advice. Thank you.

I have also applied for Alberta Provincial Nominees and waiting to get PNP certificate. Same time I am eligible for CEC too & am going to apply next month. Just waiting to take CELPIP exam.
Just want to confirm that Is it ok to send CEC application when PNP application is in process @ Alberta ?
What happened after getting CEC file umber If I get approval from Alberta PNP ? Do I have to withdraw CEC or I can still apply my AINP to federal ?
Or I can wait for one of them to get approval and than withdraw other one ?

Both application will treat separately and you can definitely apply for CEC while waiting for Alberta PNP. Once your one application finalized either for PNP or CEC you can send an email to CIC to withdraw your second application..

Just wanted to know that I can withdraw CEC application after getting AINP certificate only ? Or First submit AINP certificate to IMM Canada and wait till I get positive decision for any applications (PNP or CEC) to get approve >?

For example, I got AINP certificate and applied to IMM Canada . Same time I have CEC application in process ? After some time, If I get CEC passport request, than I should withdraw application made with PNP ? That's what I understand.
